2. Estimates and Pricing
– All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time and may change upon on-site inspection.
– Final pricing may vary due to additional labor, materials, hazardous conditions, or undisclosed items.
– We reserve the right to adjust pricing before or during service if conditions differ from the original estimate.
3. Scheduling and Access
– Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
– Missed appointments or inability to access the property may result in rescheduling or additional fees.
– We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or hazardous.
4. Payment Terms
– Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– We accept cash, credit card and debit card payments (NO CHECKS OR MONEHY ORDERS) Cash payments will have a 3% discount.
– Late or unpaid balances may be subject to additional fees or collection efforts where permitted by law.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By hiring our services, you agree that:
– You have the legal right to authorize removal of items from the property.
– All valuable, sentimental, or important items have been removed prior to service.
– Hazardous materials (including chemicals, biohazards, firearms, or illegal items) are disclosed in advance.
We are not responsible for items left on-site that are removed during the cleanout process.
6. Limitations of Liability
– We are not liable for pre-existing damage to property, structures, or surfaces.
– We are not responsible for hidden conditions (such as mold, structural issues, pests, or hazardous materials).
– Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
7. Property Damage
While we take care during all services, minor incidental damage may occur. By using our services, you acknowledge that:
– Tight spaces, heavy items, and difficult conditions may increase risk
– We are not responsible for unavoidable minor damage during normal operations
Any claims must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
– Cancellations should be made as early as possible
– Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee
– There are no refunds once services have been completed
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
– Use the site for unlawful purposes
– Attempt to disrupt or damage the website
– Submit false or misleading information
